Play of the Day: Obama's Russian Strategy
John McCain has accused the president of not having a plan for Russia, but Obama might just employ a stalling technique.
Some Republicans and conservative media outlets have been saying that president-elect Donald Trump would have won the popular vote in November if only California was not counted. Conan O'Brien joked about the news, saying Hillary Clinton would've won the Electoral College vote if only Russia was not counted.
Senator John McCain said this week that president Barack Obama has been ineffective in light of news that Russia interfered with the 2016 election, saying Obama "has no strategy and no policy as to what to do about these various cyberattacks that have possibly disrupted an American election." Noting the president's short time left in office, Late Night's Seth Meyers joked that the president does have a strategy and it's called "running out the clock."
