Justice Neil Gorsuch was sworn in Monday to the Supreme Court Monday after a long and contentious process in the Senate. Jimmy Kimmel joked about Merrick Garland's possible reaction to the news, suggesting Garland was "alone in his basement, lip-syncing the oath along with him." Kimmel also noted that Senators seemed to pronounce Gorsuch's name one way while Gorsuch himself pronounced it another way. After all those questions during his hearings, no one thought to ask the question about how he pronounces his name?
