Play of the Day: Donald Trump Does Not Drink Alcohol
The president joked about his non-consumption of alcohol on Monday.
President Donald Trump announced a three-way trade agreement to replace NAFTA on Monday. The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon joked that Trump didn't know much about the deal, but agreed as soon as the term "three-way" came into play.
At the press availability, Trump was asked about Brett Kavanaugh's alcohol consumption and joked about his own abstention from alcohol, saying "Can you imagine if I had? What a mess I would be. I would be the world's worst. I never drank, OK?" The Daily Show's Trevor Noah joked that Trump might become the only person who becomes more coherent when he drinks, while Conan O'Brien joked that Trump prefers to be the guy who causes other people to drink. Late Show's Stephen Colbert keyed in on Trump saying he would be the "worst," joking "I can't imagine you being any worse."
