Play of the Day: The President Signs Some Books in Alabama

He didn't write the bibles, but he did autograph them.

According to a ProPublica report, a Mar-a-Lago member sent a note to President Donald Trump at the club with some policy suggestions for the Veterans Affairs Department. The note's opening was "Dear King," prompting Late Show's Stephen Colbert to joke that no one should be giving Trump any ideas.

Trump visited tornado victims in Alabama over the weekend and, at one church, autographed bibles for supporters. Saturday Night Live's Michael Che joked about the news, noting Trump's history of marital affairs, while Last Week Tonight's John Oliver compared the signature to a very weird Penthouse issue and joked about Trump's signature looking like someone testing a pen.
