Jimmy Kimmel joked about the tweet, saying "Crazy Bernie" and "Sleepy Joe" sound like "characters in a Springsteen song," while Late Late Show's James Corden noted the word "finalists" and said "this is the Democratic primary, not the season finale of The Voice." Late Show's Stephen Colbert noted the final wording, wondering if Trump is going to "campaign them to death" and said "we'll let you get away with 'Lock her up,' but I draw the line at 'Dig the grave!'"
